Fire Biased, Fire and Security Engineer

We are a leading BAFE accredited and NSI Gold fire and security installation company, specialising in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of fire and security systems for commercial projects across the UK. With a strong commitment to quality and reliability, we are currently seeking a skilled Fire Biased, Fire and Security Engineer to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Fire Biased, Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, door entry, and intruder systems for our commercial clients. This role will involve both planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs on fire alarms, CCTV, access control, door entry, and intruder systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Participating in the call-out rota (1:7) with standby allowance and overtime pay as per company policy.
- Completing paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements:
- Experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, access control, door entry, and intruder systems.
- Ideally, experience with Gent, Advanced, and Kentec fire alarm systems.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
