Are you an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in CCTV and electronic security solutions? Join a market-leading CCTV manufacturer, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and customers across London and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Demonstrations & Training: Visit security distributors and installation companies to provide in-depth product demonstrations and technical training on our CCTV solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, presenting our brand and ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our product range.
- Sales Support: Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support the sales process, providing expert technical advice and helping close deals by ensuring the best solutions are recommended.
- Technical Expertise: Handle technical queries from both the sales team and customers, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Internal & External Training: Deliver product training to both the internal sales team and external clients to ensure everyone is up to date with our cutting-edge technology.
  
About You:

- Technical Background: You’ll ideally come from an engineering or technical role within the electronic security industry, with solid experience in CCTV systems and integration with other security technologies.
- Customer-Facing Skills: Confident and professional, you’ll be comfortable holding product demonstrations and presenting technical information to a range of audiences.
- Flexible & Travel Ready: While the role is predominantly remote, you’ll be travelling to customer sites across London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel further afield. You should be prepared for flexible hours to meet business demands.
- Collaboration: You’re a team player who can work closely with BDMs and support the sales cycle, although this role is not direct sales-focused.

- Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: £5,000 - £8,000 annually
