Experienced Estimator – Passive Fire Protection
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days from home, remainder in office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team, specialising in the passive fire protection industry. If you have a passion for detail, excel at estimating, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend regular meetings to review both internal and external enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate quotations.
- Liaise with clients to fully understand project requirements.
- Work closely with operations to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Develop pricing models and rate schedules.
- Negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage enquiries related to fire door replacements, fire door remediation, and fire stopping works.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an estimating role, particularly within fire door replacements, remediation, and fire stopping works.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both internal and external teams.
