The Role:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with Regional Business Development Managers, providing the technical expertise needed to support sales and close deals. Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Pre-sales technical support – assisting sales teams with solution design and product recommendations.
✔ Product demonstrations & training – delivering training sessions to customers and internal teams.
✔ Project support – advising security installation companies on best-fit solutions for their clients.
✔ Technical consultation – ensuring seamless integration of CCTV and security products into enterprise-level systems.
✔ Travel – covering the UK with occasional travel across EMEA (overnight stays may be required).
What You’ll Need:
✅ Strong technical background in CCTV, networking, and security system integrations.
✅ Experience in a Pre-Sales, Project Engineering, or Technical Support role.
✅ Knowledge of enterprise-level systems and large-scale security projects.
✅ Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training.
✅ Willingness to travel extensively across the UK with some overnight stays.
