Are you an experienced Service Coordinator looking for a new opportunity in the fire and security industry? We are an NSI and BAFE accredited fire and security solutions provider. We work with a range of sectors, including NHS, government, and education, delivering top-quality fire and security systems.
Service Coordinator
Up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
Office-based (8:30am - 5:00pm) Bradford
28 days holiday + bank holidays, Medicash, life insurance, pension
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently, providing excellent service.
- Process service orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Liaise with engineers and manage diaries to ensure smooth operation of services.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar service coordinator role for a minimum of two years, ideally within the fire and security industry.
- Proficiency in managing service schedules and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CASH software is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
