About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Buckinghamshire. This role is crucial for driving new business and expanding our presence in the AV market. You will be responsible for researching, targeting, and introducing customers to our extensive video rental fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AV rental and production market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your existing contacts within the industry.
- Promote and sell a range of AV solutions and video equipment.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Solid sales experience within the audio visual sector.
- Proven success in selling AV solutions and video equipment to rental and production companies.
- In-depth knowledge of the rental market and video/display solutions.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the AV industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
