Job Advert: Internal Sales Consultant
Location: Rochdale OL16 (Hybrid Working: 2-3 days in office, remainder from home)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped commission (OTE £34,000)

The Role
As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will:
- Engage Customers: Make proactive outbound and follow-up calls to a targeted customer base, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Develop Opportunities: Build and maintain short, medium, and long-term sales pipelines.
- Drive Growth: Open new accounts by converting opportunities into sales and increasing existing customer spend by introducing additional products and solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the field sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve shared goals.
- Achieve Results: Meet financial targets and activity-based KPIs, driving revenue and profit growth.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in new business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- A results-oriented mindset, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Industry experience in electronic security (desirable but not essential, as full product training will be provided).
