Job Description
As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of electronic fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial projects. You will ensure that all systems are functioning correctly, meeting regulatory standards, and providing our clients with peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance on electronic fire alarm systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in fire alarm systems.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out.
- Ensure compliance with current fire safety regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency support outside of normal working hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining electronic fire alarm systems on commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm systems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the South West region as required.
