Benefits: Company Van | Pension | 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with service) | Standby Allowance (£250 per week)

We’re an established and growing independent fire & security business, and we’re looking for an experienced Warden Call Engineer to join our expanding team. If you’ve worked with social alarms, warden call, or nurse call systems before – this is your chance to make a real impact in a rewarding environment.

The Role:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on warden call, nurse call and social alarm systems.

  • Completing small works and system upgrades within communal living spaces, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

  • Working with market-leading systems including Tynetec and Tunstill.

  • Delivering excellent service to vulnerable residents and care providers.

  • Participating in a call-out rota (with a £250 per week standby allowance).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous hands-on experience with warden call, nurse call, or social alarm systems.

  • Knowledge of systems such as Tynetec and Tunstill.

  • A flexible approach to travel and working hours.

  • Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A customer-focused mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.

The Package:

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary + paid travel time.

  • Company van & pension scheme.

  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays, rising with length of service.

  • Standby allowance of £250 per week (on call-out rota).

  • 40-hour working week.

  • The opportunity to grow with an independent, forward-thinking business.

If you’re a skilled engineer with experience in warden call, nurse call or social alarm systems, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and be part of a business that values its engineers and provides a platform for career development.
