Job Description

As a Service Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving our contract sales and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on selling fire and security service contracts, leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire and security sectors.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide expert advice on fire systems, gas suppression systems, and associated equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.


  • Minimum of 24 months experience in a field sales role, specifically in contract sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire systems and associated systems.
  • Familiarity with gas suppression systems and relevant equipment.
  • Security systems knowledge is advantageous.
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
