Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance, both planned and reactive, of fire alarms, electronic security systems, and emergency lighting across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing and maintenance of fire alarms, electronic security systems, and emergency lighting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system faults efficiently.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Participate in the call-out rota for emergency response.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working on fire and security systems - fire alarms, door entry, warden call, emergency lighting.
- Strong knowledge of servicing and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ideally based in Liverpool or nearby.
