This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage workforce logistics, coordinate with teams, and support large-scale events. Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Coordination: Oversee the allocation and scheduling of labour across multiple venues, balancing both internal and external resources.
- Resource Management: Implement strategies to optimize labour use, reduce costs, and ensure efficient staff deployment for events.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with venue managers and external agencies to determine staffing needs, building strong working relationships to ensure successful event delivery.
- Data & Reporting: Track labour performance, identify shortages, and provide regular reports to support decision-making and planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in labour coordination, customer service, or related workforce management roles. Experience in events, audio-visual, or similar industries is a plus.
- Skills: Strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in Excel and other IT systems.
- Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure and ensure exceptional service delivery.
