Are you an experienced Mechanical HVAC Project Manager looking for your next career move? Our client, a growing M&E business specialising in HVAC solutions, is seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic team. Based in East Yorkshire, this company supports commercial and industrial clients across the UK.
About the Role:
As the HVAC Project Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director to oversee and manage projects up to the value of £400k. Your responsibilities will include managing sub-contractors, liaising with clients, contributing to design and estimating, and handling general day-to-day duties to support the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a more senior position, where you will have the autonomy to work independently and collaborate with senior management to improve business processes and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC projects up to £400k
- Oversee and coordinate sub-contractors and engineers
- Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Participate in the design of solutions and prepare quotes
- Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure health and safety compliance
- Work closely with commercial clients
- Support day-to-day business operations
Requirements:
- Mechanically biased within HVAC building services
- Proven experience managing projects up to £400k
- Experience managing engineers and sub-contractors
- Involvement in design and estimating
- Competence in producing RAMS and ensuring health and safety standards
- Strong client liaison skills
- Relevant industry qualifications
- CAD experience is desirable
