The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on selling intelligent audio-visual (AV) solutions into both end-users and contractors across London and the surrounding areas. This is a new business-focused role that will suit a proactive and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and win new business opportunities within key verticals: transport, education, commercial

  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and end-users

  • Work closely with the internal technical and design teams to deliver tailored AV solutions

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in AV solution sales, ideally within a similar systems integrator environment

  • Strong network and understanding of the AV industry, commercial contracts, and market trends

  • Experience selling into end-users and contractors

  • A consultative sales approach with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Confidence managing longer sales cycles and complex technical projects

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East
