Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the service growth across the North West region. This field-based role involves selling to Facilities Management Companies, medium to large end-users, contractors, and local authorities. The position is heavily geared towards new business, requiring an individual with excellent lead generation and pipeline development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Drive new business and achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Sell service and maintenance contracts to a diverse client base, including FM companies, medium to large end-users, contractors, and local authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the fire and security industry.
- Proven track record of selling service and maintenance contracts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fire and security systems.
- Strong lead generation and pipeline development skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
