Up to £50,000 basic plus commission and benefits
We are an established physical security installation company that offer the design, installation and maintenance of physical security and perimeter security products. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. Within the role you will sell our range of physical security solutions such as gates, barriers, bollards, roller shutters and perimeter fencing into commercial end-users. The role will be geared towards new business, but you will also have existing accounts to manage and develop. You must be confident in self-generating leads, building short-, medium- and long-term pipelines although you will also be given warm leads to convert into sales. The role is field based and will offer the option of some home working.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Previous experience in a business development role and have sold physical or perimeter solutions.
- Confident in new business sales.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPI’s
- Flexibility to travel and with working hours to meet the needs of the business and clients.
- Excellent communication skills and organised.
