My client, a UK-based distributor representing a world-leading CNC machinery OEM, is expanding their sales team — and they’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the East Midlands through to East Anglia.
About My Client
My client is a well-established UK distributor representing one of the world’s most respected CNC machinery manufacturers. Their product portfolio includes high-precision CNC lathes, milling machines, tapping centers, and metalworking solutions, trusted by manufacturers around the globe.
Known for offering comprehensive technical support and building long-term customer partnerships, they’re now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to strengthen their presence in this key area.
The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing market share across the East Midlands to East Anglia. You’ll manage a blend of existing accounts and new business development, offering tailored CNC solutions and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop new customers within East Midlands & East Anglia
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored CNC machinery solutions
- Collaborate with technical, service, and logistics teams for seamless delivery
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in CNC machinery, industrial equipment, or technical B2B sales
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfortable travelling across East Midlands and East Anglia
- Customer-focused and solutions-driven approach
- Mechanical engineering knowledge or a strong technical sales mindset
