I’m currently working with a fantastic client who is looking for a Lead Audio Visual (AV) Engineer to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis.
📍 Location: Surbiton, Surrey (must be within ~20 miles)
💰 Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic (no commission)
🕒 Additional: Weekend overtime (once a month) + on-call rota
🎉 Benefits: 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) + your birthday off, pension, and other company perks.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on high-end residential projects across Surrey and London, working with premium systems such as Lutron, Crestron, KNX, and a wide range of Audio, Video, and Cinema installations.
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Leading on-site teams installing & commissioning AV systems
🔹 Working with cutting-edge smart home & cinema tech
🔹 Delivering exceptional solutions in luxury residential environments
What we’re looking for:
✔ Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the high-end residential AV sector
✔ Lutron Homeworks Certified, Crestron Certified, or Control4
✔ Strong IT & AV rack-building skills
✔ Eye for detail & problem-solving mindset
✔ Strong communication skills with clients & teams
✔ Clean UK driving license
