We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our service and maintenance contracts, targeting FM companies and end-users across key vertical markets.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively develop new business opportunities within the fire and security sector
- Build long-term relationships with Facilities Management companies and direct end-users
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs and prepare tailored proposals
- Manage and respond to incoming sales enquiries
- Prepare and deliver quotes, tenders, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction
- Work consultatively to provide solutions that meet client safety and compliance goals
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within fire and security service & maintenance
- Strong network or experience dealing with FM providers and/or end-users
- A driven, self-motivated approach with a consultative sales style
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence is essential
