Are you a driven sales professional with experience in the fire and security industry? Looking to join a growing independent company where your efforts make a real impact? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team, covering the North West region (Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company known for delivering high-quality electronic fire and security solutions.

🔥 About the Role:

  • Proactively generate new business with commercial end-users and FM companies

  • Follow up on warm leads and convert them into long-term clients

  • Focus on new installations, with the opportunity to upsell service and maintenance contracts

  • Carry out site surveys, system design, and prepare professional quotations

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service

  • Manage your own pipeline and sales activity across the region

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the fire and security industry, ideally in a sales, design, or technical role

  • Strong knowledge of electronic fire and security systems

  • Confident in conducting site surveys and producing detailed quotes and system designs

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A motivated, self-starting attitude with a passion for business development

  • Full UK driving licence required
