We’re currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team, covering the North West region (Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company known for delivering high-quality electronic fire and security solutions.
🔥 About the Role:

Proactively generate new business with commercial end-users and FM companies

Follow up on warm leads and convert them into long-term clients

Focus on new installations, with the opportunity to upsell service and maintenance contracts

Carry out site surveys, system design, and prepare professional quotations

Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service

Manage your own pipeline and sales activity across the region
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in the fire and security industry, ideally in a sales, design, or technical role

Strong knowledge of electronic fire and security systems

Confident in conducting site surveys and producing detailed quotes and system designs

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A motivated, self-starting attitude with a passion for business development

Full UK driving licence required
